C-17 takeoff at Sunset
Animated in 3d Studio Max, and composited with Adobe After Effects. I created the sunset settings in Dreamscape. The dust particles are regular MAX sprite emitters. I created the lighting and atmosphere. The heat haze and engine wash is done in after effects.

Animated in 3d Studio Max, and composited with Adobe After Effects. I animated the vehicle's animation, I created the background image, including the glow pass. The specular hotspot gleam on the window was made with an After Effects plugin.

Animated in 3d Studio Max, and composited with Combustion.
I added the smoke effect emitters. I created the night sky background. I composited and color-corrected the elements in Combustion.

CV-22 Osprey Interior, in flight
Animated in 3d Studio Max, and composited with Adobe After Effects. I set up all the soldiers in the scene, set up lighting in Brazil, and composited the scene in After Effects.
CV-22 Pilot in Cockpit Composite
I replaced the pilot's seat with 3D geometry, rendered the console layers, and lit the scene. The live-action footage was composited in After Effects.
Soldiers Fast-roping from the rear of 2 Ospreys
I set up the vehicle animation, and brought in all the soldier geometries. The marines fast-roping down the cables was created with Reactor simulations. I used tube-like geometry sliding down the ropes to make it appear that the marines were giving weight to the cables. I used Reactor's cloth simulation to make the flag wave.

I animated the aircraft, and created the particle emitters for the dust. The background plane is a MAX material made up of gradients. The scene was composited in Adobe After Effects.

I set up the aircraft, the ground crew, and the props. I modelled the storage box geometry in the foreground. The scene was lit with Brazil and composited with After Effects. The red ribbon was simulated with Reactor.
